Golden Books Group takes great care of all the information you give us however given, and how it is used and stored. WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY and do not intend to do so in the foreseeable future. We use a secure dedicated server and a powerful firewall to ensure maximum privacy regarding your communications.

If at any stage we did join or share services with another established reputable company, this would be posted here immediately prior for the fullest disclosure possible. We DO NOT STORE sensitive INFORMATION in any case.

What general information about Customers do we store?

General and benign information, (not payment details unless requested by you) e.g. preferred products, shipping preferences, wants lists etc. General information from all the other customers is also used in the same way to refine our service in general and make it appropriate to demand, but also it can allow us to quickly tailor a service to suit a regular client when asked to do so; e.g. perhaps to find or research an item or subject or author or antique, or provide a bespoke library collection etc. This benign general routine information greatly assists us in continually improving our service to you.

We emphasise again that we do not share information with any other company. If you do ever receive any information that concerns you whether from ourselves or persons purporting to be ourselves ? please do not hesitate to contact us in order that we may be of assistance in correcting the matter. However we cannot be held responsible for the consequences or actions of such outside companies unrelated to ourselves.

Does Golden Books Group share the information with other companies?

Once again, no. As we have said before we are proud to be fully independent and do not therefore share information about our customers with others. Your payments are however processed online through world renowned outside agencies such as Worldpay and Paypal for your added security and these companies operate independently secure systems for this purpose for which they are responsible.
