The size of the print is 19 1/2cm x 13cm. The top right corner is slightly creased.

Wonderful color print of a painting by David Roberts titled. "Gate of the Vivarvambla. Granada". 1930.

This interesting print shows the Gate of Vivarvambla in Spain. The gate can be seen in the center of the print and has several buildings clustered around it. A balcony runs across the rear of the gate itself and gives a view of the street below. To the right of the picture a woman stands in another balcony and looks on the scene below her. A cart is in the street and a man tries to coax the oxen that pull it. Another woman sits in the cart itself. A large crowd of people. all dressed in traditional Spanish dress are clustered around the gate entrance. To the right of the picture is a shrine of the Virgin Mary with a crucifix inside it. Three priests kneel at the shrine in prayer. The print is 8" x 10".
