Steel line engraving by J. Godfrey of Aberdeen Cathedral. circa. 1860.

This wonderful engraving shows the Cathedral Church of Saint Andrew situate in the heart of Aberdeen as the Mother Church of the Scottish Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Aberdeen and Orkney. It is truly rooted in the history of Scotland. This building has wonderful features with spires and many small windows and crosses.The page is 8" x 10 1/2" with the engraving being 6" x 8".

Very Good condition with some slight browning at the bottom and top of the page which does not impair the picture.

This lovely print shows the castle looking over its grounds and farm animals. The size of the print is 5 x 8 inches. There is slight foxing. mainly to the edges of the print and a water stain to the right edge.

This lovely print shows the front of the castle from its path with many men and woman around talking. The size of the print is 5 x 8 inches. There is slight foxing, mainly to the edges of the print.

Steel-line engraved print of Balmoral Castle, the summer holiday home of the Royal Family. Originally a sixteenth century tower - house, it was visited by Queen Victoria and Prince Albert in 1848. The woodland near the castle is said to have reminded Prince Albert of Thuringia in his own country (Germany). The Prince bought the house and estate as a gift for the Queen. In 1853 William Smith was commissioned to design the castle in the Scottish Baronial style, the work was completed in 1855. The page measures 10 1/2" x 8".

This lovely print shows the castle from across a beautiful river with animals drinking from it. The size of the print is 5 x 8 inches. There is slight foxing to the edges of the print and there is a small tear to the top right corner of the print approx. 1/4 inch.

This lovely print shows the front of Castle Fraserfrom the entrance with two woman walking in to a room. This original engraving is by W. Deeble from the earlier painting by J. P. Neale. The print is 5 x 8 inches. There is slight foxing to the edges of the print.
