This stunning detailed print shows a man and woman sat down on chairs in front of a homely fire. there is a baby in a wicker cot on the floor. it is surrounded by elves and little people. This print is definitely a must have. The print is 7 1/4" x 10 1/2" with the proof itself being 4 3/4" x 7 1/4". there is browning to the edges.

Stunning artists proof? from the cricket on the hearth. Undated. circa. 1860? This publishers proof shows fairies on the front of a clock. some are hovering putting a sign on the front of the clock which reads "The Cricket On The Hearth A Fairy Tale Of Home." Around the clock there is ivy. Print size 7 1/4" x 10 1/2" the proof itself is 3 3/4" x 6". there is a slight browning to the edges of the print.
