Delightful. fine quality color print of a painting by W. L. Wyllie in the Guildhall. London. titled. "Commerce and sea power". circa. 1910.

This print shows the two types of shipping that formed the backbone of the British Empire. In the foreground are two pleasure sailing vessels whilst behind them are three commercial ships. One tea cutter and two steam vessels. To the right of the print are several military ships which are mainly steam vessels during this period. The seas on which they travel appear to be quite rough. The print is 7 1/2" x 5".
