he first print shows is a Wonderful large print of a elderly man in prison with his four sons - (Inferno. Canto XXXIII. Lines 62-63) - circa. 1870.

Interesting steel plate engraving titled "The Miser Who Lost His Treasure". circa. 1870. This delightful steel engraving shows a Miser who has lost his treasure. He is on his knees in front of a hole which he has lifted a stone to reveal it. the hole is empty and the treasure is gone his expression is of shock and sadness. Stood behind him is a large man whos head is tilted back as he is laughing looking pleased for himself. They are stood on a mud path which is in the middle of nowhere. To the left there is trees and woodland. The Print is 9" x 12".

Wonderful original large Gustave Dore print of a man and women. (Canto XI. Lines 6. 7.) "From the profound abuss, behind the lid of a great monument we stood retired." This scene shows a man and women stood behind a lid of a great monument. There are on a cliff and rocks are tumbling down, smoke is rising. The sky is black. The print is 10 1/4" x 13". Some of the edges are marked.
