Complete edition of the three books of the Dunciad. Full leather binding. Two books bound in one. Hardback. 4to. 16/ cxxiv pages. Also bound in is a Rare author inscribed copy of John Tait's (Irish Poet 1748-1817), Poetical legends, containing the American Captive and the Fatal Feud, to which is added the fall of faction, a poetical vision. 1776. 48 pages. Owners name inscribed on front end page. Bookplate on front end page. There are tears to various pages throughout book with some loss but does not seem to effect text. Hinges are cracked. Corners slightly worn. Pages have crinkled from damp.
